You can put this solution on YOUR website! There are 2 ways to get one red only, when the red is drawn on the first draw or when the red one is drawn second. In either case a non-red ball is the other one drawn. The first ball drawn is replaced for the second draw.
5/20 * 15/20 * 2 = 3/8
