It is a very tiny number indeed. If the variable is continuous, then the probability of getting exactly 115 is very nearly zero. If you have discrete data, say with a granularity of 1, then you could say that the probability of exactly 115 would be the probability of less than or equal to 116 minus the probability of less than or equal to 114. Just compute the Z scores and look 'em up in a Z-score table.
