By "red faced card", I assume you mean not just a red card, but a red King, Queen or Jack.
There are totally 52 cards.
There are 3 red-faced cards in the diamonds suit and 3 in the hearts suit. Total of 6 red-faced cards in the deck.
Hence the probability of drawing a red-faced card from the deck = 6/52 = 3%2F26
