The only "successful" pages (the ones with 3's) are pages 3, 13, 23, 33, and
43.  That's 5 "successful" pages. 

So the probability is 5 out of 48, and in probability "out of" means "over",

Answer: 5 out of 48 = 5 over 48 = 5%2F48
