Since the aces are high, we can only draw 2, 3, 4, and 5 to get less than 6. Those are four cards of four different suites, so 16. The probability we will get less than 6 is 16 out of 52.
 
But the card should be a heart, so that cuts our chances by 1 out of 4 suites. To get the final probability: %2816%2F52%29%2A%281%2F4%29=%284%2F52%29=%281%2F13%29. In decimal, that is equal to 0.08.
