You can put this solution on YOUR website! what is the estimate of standard deviation given only a mean 750 of 500 samples?
can it be mean divided by 6. coz there are 3 on left and right

Answer: No. If you have the range of the data you can estimate
the standard deviation as (1/6)*range. (1/6)*mean will not give
you a usuable estimate of the std.
