You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The formula is z(x)=(x-mu)/sigma
Therefore z(mu)=(mu-mu)/sigma = 0/sigma = 0

What this says is mu is zero standard deviations apart from the mean.
z is always the number of standard deviations x is away from the mean
