The suit does not matter, nor does it affect the probability since the number of cards is not important, it's the ratio. This is equivalent to finding the number of multiples of 3 out of one suit.

There are three multiples of 3 (3, 6, 9) out of 13 cards. Hence, the probability is 3/13.
