You can put this solution on YOUR website! It's NOT random or systematic, since she is only asking her friends. It is defintely NOT stratified, since she is not identifying different "stratas" or groupings. I never heard of convenience sampling, although that sounds good since her friends are "convenient" to her. I might be wrong on this, but I think her friends constitute a "cluster". I would say it's either c) or e), but I think it is e). Why don't you do a Google search for "Convenience sampling" and see if there is such a thing!!
