I ran a Chi-Sq. Test on the data and
got the following:

test statistic: Chi-Sq = 5.4198..
p-value: 0.0199..
df=1

Conclusion:
Since the p-value is less than 2.5%
reject Ho. There is some evidence
of dependence at the 2.5% level.
