What avenues have you tried?

Ho: u = 40
Ha: u is not 40
-----------------
Now add up all the numbers and divide by 30 to get the sample mean.
Now run a Ttest to get the test statistic and/or the p-value.
If the p-value is <5%, reject Ho.
