first figure out how many blue marbles there are
BlueMarbles+=+TotalMarbles+-+Red+-+Green+-+Yellow
Blue+=+37+-+10+-+4-+9
Blue+=+14
After you draw one red marble, there are 36 marbles left in the bag.
So the probability of picking a blue marble = Blue%2FTotalInBag = 14%2F36 = 0.388
