We are math geeks, not philosophers, economists, or politicians.
There are people who predict which way stock prices and weather will move based on their "models" so I would not say each one is random.
Stock prices may depend on news about the US-Iran conflict, passage of ships though the straight of Hormuz, or new regulations affecting certain industries.
However, I would not think weather and stock prices are correlated until someone proves they are, even if occasional bad weather in certain countries may affect the price of coffee.
