As posed, printed and presented, this "problem" is DEFECTIVE and is not a Math problem, at all.
First error is that two questions are packed in one post, which is prohibited at this forum.
When you pack two problems/questions in one post, you make a MESS.
It is very difficult, unpleasant and counter-productive to discuss a mess.
Therefore, I will not discuss it, at all.
