Hi
The test statistic is z = 2.33, the critical values are z = +/- 1.9

If the absolute value of the t-value(test statistic) is greater than the critical value
you reject the null hypothesis.
 2.33 > |+/- 1.9 |
d. Your Answer

Answer: d. Reject the null hypothesis

Reason:
The critical values are z = +/- 1.96 aka z+=+%22%22+%2B-+1.96
This breaks down into z = -1.96 and z = 1.96

If the test statistic is between those critical values, then we aren't in the rejection region.
Otherwise if z < -1.96 or z > 1.96, then we are in the rejection region.

In this case, the test statistic z = 2.33 is to the right of the critical value 1.96
We're in the rejection region for this two-tailed test and we therefore reject the null.
