The probability of anything is the number of ways that the event can occur that you would consider a success divided by the total number of ways that the event can occur. You have what I assume is a standard deck of playing cards. Assuming also that you have discarded the two jokers, the deck consists of 52 cards. So there are 52 possible outcomes. There are two red 5s, the 5 of hearts and the 5 of diamonds. So there are 2 possible successes out of 52 total possibilities. Hence, P(red 5) = 1/26. Use the same process to find the other two answers.
