You can put this solution on YOUR website! The only way this can be answered is to assume it is a Poisson distribution which is not too unreasonable although I would have liked to have seen that in the question.
If that is the case, the probability would be closing for 0,1,2 days
e^(-4)*4^0/0! or 0.0183
e^(-4)*4^1/1! or 0.0733
e^(-4)*4^2/2!=0.1465
The answer is the sum or 0.2381
