There are 4 each of any given card value in a deck of 52, so the probability of drawing any particular number is 4 successes divided by 52 possibilities. Since you are replacing the card drawn first, you have the same probability for the second draw. The results of the second draw do not, in any way, depend on the results of the first draw. So the events are independent and you can use the multiplication rule. You can do your own arithmetic.
