In a perfectly symmetrical distribution, like this one, the mean and the median
are the same, which is the value of x when the area to the left is the same as
the area to the right, which in this case is 0.5.

This example has one mode (unimodal), and the mode is the same as the mean and
median, which, as we said above, are both 0.5.
