Spain will have 5 alone, 3 with F, 6 with Germany and 4 all 3 for its 18
France will have 6 alone, 3 with S, 4 with G and 4 with all 3 for its 17
Germany will have 4 alone (ANSWER), 4 all 3, 4 with F, 6 with S.
Add up all the numbers in the diagrams to get 32
8 have not been to any.
