.

(a) P = 1%2F4. ANSWER (It is obvious)

(b) P(first is blue AND second is red) =

     = product of particular probabilities P(first is blue)*P(second is red) = 3%2F4.1%2F4 = 3%2F16. ANSWER

(c) P = %283%2F4%29%5E2 + %281%2F4%29%5E2 = 9%2F16+%2B+1%2F16 = 10%2F16 = 5%2F8 = 0.625 = 62.5%. ANSWER

(d) P = %283%2F4%29%2A%281%2F4%29 + %281%2F4%29%2A%283%2F4%29 = 2%2A%283%2F4%29%2A%281%2F4%29 = 3%2F8 = 0.375 = 37.5%. ANSWER

Also notice that the probability of (d) is the complement to the probability of (c).
