Question 1107585: from a pack of 52 cards 2 cards are drawn at random .find the probality that one is king another one queen with explanation

You can put this solution on YOUR website! 4 kings and 4 queens in a deck of 52 cards
4/52 or 1/13 probability the first is a king* 4/51 the second is a queen, since there are now 51 cards left and 4 queens. That product is 4/663, multiplying the numerators of 4 and 1 and the denominators of 13 and 51.
BUT, the first card can be a queen and the second card a king with the same probability, so we have to multiply 4/663 by 2 or 8/663, or 0.0121 for this to occur.
