Make a 95% confidence interval of the difference of two means.
To me, we cannot solve this without the sample sizes so I would like to know what you think... Thank you!

You are correct. You need to know the two sample sizes n%5B1%5D and n%5B2%5D in order to be able to compute the confidence interval.
