a. Since, in any calender year, there is a 10% probability of any particular registered voter to be called for jury duty, there is a 90% probability that they WON'T be called for jury duty.
b. Considering the year in question to be a normal year, then there is a .1 X .1,or .01 probability that the same person will be called for jury duty two years in a row!!!!!!
