First and middle name probabilities are difficult because you need to have a measure of the number of each.
There are probably millions of them.
So let's assume there are a million first names and a million middle names.
The probability of them having the same first name is 1 in one million.
Same for middle name.
The probability of having the same first letter of the last name is easier since there are 26 of them.
So then putting it all together, the probability of all three is,
