Can anyone tell me if this is correct?
The floor plan of a house is rectangular. The house's width is x-5 yards and it's length is 2x + 2 yards. Write a binomial that represents the perimeter of the house.
I came up with :
2(2x+2)+ 2(x-5)
4x+4+2x-10
6x-6

Question 23425: Alright. So Math is definately not my thing. I always have trouble in math, no matter how hard I try I cannot do it. So lately I have been asking for help from my friends. When i get frustrated I say "Just gimme the answer!!" I think part of my problem is that I have become so mad that math is my only troublesome subject, that I have given up on it.
