2x%5E2%2B3x%2B1=0
%282x%2B1%29%28x%2B1%29=0

Either x=-1/2 or x=-1.

If x=-1%2F2
y=3%2B2%28-1%2F2%29
y=1

If x=-1
y=3%2B2%28-1%29
y=1
