Form a polynomial with real coefficients with the following degree and zeros
Degree: 4 Zeros: 3, 2-2i Multiplicity: 2

You can put this solution on YOUR website! You say, "Degree 4", and then listed the equivalent of THESE zeros:
The Zeros:

2-2i
2-2i

Since you show that complex number as one of the zeros (twice according to multiplicity of 2), you must also have .....
The Zeros:
3
2-2i
2+2i
2-2i
2+2i
Because complex zeros occur in conjugate pairs.
This will not work as degree 4. This must be degree 5.
