You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(2x^2+6x^3-10-8x)/(2x+2)
Divide everything by 2:
(x^2+3x^3-5-4x)/(x+1)
Rearrange in descending powers:
%283x%5E3+%2B+x%5E2+-+4x+-+5%29%2F%28x+%2B+1%29
Use synthetic division:
-1 3 1 -4 -5
-3 2 2
3 -2 -2 -3
The quotient is 3x%5E2 - 2x - 2 and the remainder is -3.
Give the answer as: 3x%5E2 - 2x - 2 - 3%2F%28x+%2B+1%29
