You can put this solution on YOUR website!
21/15-3x<0
simplify 21/15 by dividing both the numerator and the denominator by 3
7/5-3x<0
subtract 7/5 from both sides to have the variable term standing alone on one side
7/5-7/5-3x<0-7/5
-3x<-7/5
divide both sides by negative three and "flip" the inequality sign because it is division by a negative number
-3x/-3>-7/5/-3
dividing -7/5 by negative three is the same thing as multiplying by -1/3
x>-7/5 * -1/3
x>7/15
(7/15,infinity)
normally one would put the infinity sign within the parentheses, but I did not have one; it looks like an eight laying down on its side.
