You can put this solution on YOUR website! if f(x)= x^2 + 5x ; g(x)= 2x-x^2, find f(a+1)-g(a+1) -------
 1st find f(x)-g(x):
 f(x)-g(x) = [x^2+5x] - [2x-x^2] = 2x^2+3x
 --------
 Then find f(a+1)-g(a+1)
 =2(a+1)^2 + 3(a+1)
 =2[a^2+2a+1] + 3[a+1]
 =2a^2+7a+5
