An highlight%28EQUA%29tion must have an highlight%28EQUAL%29 sign .
7u%5E3%2B14u%5E2 is a polynomial.
We can factor it if we realize that both terms have 7, and u%5E2 as factors.
7u%5E3=%287u%5E2%29u and 14u%5E2=%287u%5E2%292 ,
so 7u%5E3%2B14u%5E2=7u%5E2%28u%2B2%29

What you want is not clear. That is a polynomial. You cannot solve it. It is no used in an equation and it is not used in an inequality. You may factor is, if this is what you wish to do. If you want to factor it, then try looking at the complete factorization of every term. +7u%5E3%2B14u%5E2=7%2Au%2Au%5E2%2B2%2A7%2Au%5E2, and certainly you can find a common factor to undistribute, as if combining like terms. Do you see 7%2Au%5E2? What can you do with this?
