49+112y+64y^2
Notice that the 1st term is a perfect square
and the last term is a perfect square
and the 2nd term is twice the product of the
square roots of the 1st and 3rd term.
It is called a "perfect trinomial square".
It factors as follows:
=(7+8y)^2
