May be accomplished much like any divsion Problem
3x^2 + (-5x) + 4

2x + 3 | 6x^3 - x^2 - 7x - 9
- (6x^3 + 9x^2)
---------------
-10x^2 - 7x
- (-10x^2 - 15x))

8x - 9
- (8x +12)
