36X^3-12X^2-48X=0 FACTOR OUT 12X FROM EACH TERM THEN WE HAVE
12X(3X^2-X-4)=0
12X(3X-4)(X+1)=0
12X=0
X=0/12
X=0 SOLUTION
3X-4=0
3X=4
X=4/3 SOLUTION
X+1=0
X=-1 SOLUTION
