: find all roots of the polynomial x^3-x^2+16x-16.
I took the roots of -16 (+- 1,2,4,8,16) and x^3 (+-1)
I used synthetic div to find roots
+1 worked but none of the others did??

You can put this solution on YOUR website! x^3-x^2+16x-16
If "1" worked with synthetic division you must
have gotten a quadratic quotient and zero as
the remainder.
Use the quadratic formula on the quadratic quotien
to find the two missing roots.
