[x^2+x/10]/[2x+4/5]
Invert the denominator and multiply, as follows:
[(x^2+x)/10]
Factor where possible:
[x(x+1)/10]
Reduce where possible:
[x(x+1)/2]
[x^2+x]/[4x+8]
