From 6p-18/9p divided by 3p-9/p^2+2p, we factor, invert and cancel
6(p - 3) / 9p divided by 3(p - 3) / p(p + 2) becomes
6(p - 3) / 9p times p(p + 2) / 3(p - 3)
Now the p - 3 cancels as do the p's, giving us
6/9 times (p + 2)/3 which becomes
2(p + 2) / 9
