(2X)~2*(3X~4 OR 4X~2*3X~4 OR 12X~5 MULTIPLY THE COEFFICIENTS 4*3=12 THE ADD THE POWERS OF X 2+3 OR X~5 THUS YOU HAVE 12X~5.
((-3)/(2Y~3))~2 OR (-3)~2=9 & (2Y~3)~2=4Y~6 THUS WE HAVE 9/4Y~6
