In order to obtain a decimal between 1 and 10, you must move the decimal 11 places to the left. Therefore, the answer is 3.7%2A10%5E11.

In scientific notation, the decimal point is to the right of the first non-zero digit.
-----------------
Move the decimal point to the left between the 3 and 7. Count the number of places moved, and make that the exponent.
370000000000 = 3.7*10^11
= 3.7E11 is more convenient, and is commonly used.
