You can put this solution on YOUR website! reduce the 'a' in the first fraction and the 'b' in the second.
cross reduce the -3 and -9 by dividing both by -3
cross reduce the 35 and 14 by dividing both by 7
cross reduce the 'a' by dividing by cross reduce the 'b' by dividing both by b
multiply straight across
You can put this solution on YOUR website! -3a^2b/35a^5 x 14a^3b^2/-9b^4
= (-3a^2b)/(35a^5) x (14a^3b^2)/(-9b^4)
= [(-3X14)a^5b^3]/[(-9X35)a^5b^4] [mulitplying the nr by nr and dr by dr]
=+ [2/(3X5)](1/b)(canceling (3X7)a^5b^3 )
=(2/15b)
