I'm struggling to find the meaning of your post. Are you telling some space alien named that you are so confused? Are you confused about the meaning of ? Is there some operation that you are supposed to perform on or with that confuses you? I am certainly confused, and until you clear the confusion on my part, I cannot help you. Be specific and tell us what you want because we are not clairvoyant.

Don't be confused. Break it down into things you already know.
%28x-3%29%5E3 something cubed means multiplied by itself 3 times. So
%28x-3%29%28x-3%29%28x-3%29 Now multiply the first two terms
%28x%5E2-3x+-3x+%2B9%29%28x-3%29 collect terms
%28x%5E2-6x+%2B9%29+%28x-3%29 now multiply again
x%5E3-3x%5E2+-6x%5E2+%2B+18x+%2B9x+-27 again. collect terms
x%5E3+-9x%5E2+%2B+27x+-27
