The factors of the first denominator are (x - 5)(x + 1), and the factors of the second denominator are (x + 1)(x - 1). So you have one factor of (x + 5), one factor (in each denominator) of (x + 1), and one factor of (x - 1). So the LCD is the product of those three factors.
