You can put this solution on YOUR website!
you have left a bit of uncertainty in your question, so i shall answer what i think you meant...note my use of brackets to lump things together:

%286%2B2%29%5E2%2F%2816+%2B+%283%2A9%29%29
%288%29%5E2%2F%2816+%2B+%283%2A9%29%29
%2864%29%2F%2816+%2B+%283%2A9%29%29
%2864%29%2F%2816%2B27%29
%2864%29%2F%2843%29

Hopefully, you meant that? The answer is rather inelegant, so how about

%286%2B2%29%5E2%2F%2816%29+%2B+%283%2A9%29
%288%29%5E2%2F%2816%29+%2B+%283%2A9%29
%2864%29%2F%2816%29+%2B+%283%2A9%29
4+%2B+%283%2A9%29
4+%2B+27
31

Second example looks far better, from a teaching example, but your written question is misleading because you missed out brackets, which collect terms together and tell me what to do.
