Re-writing:
%283x%2B2%29%2F2=7,-------> working eqn & cross multiply
%283x%2B2%29=2%2A7
3x=14-2 ----------> cross%283%29x%2Fcross%283%29=cross%2812%294%2Fcross%283%29
x=4
To check, substitute x=4 to our working eqn.
