%28x+%2B+2%29%28x+-+3%29
In order for x%5E2+-+x+-+6+%3E+0 to be true, either both of the factors
must be (+) or they both must be (-)

If both factors are to be (+), then x+%3E+3
If both factors are to be (-), then x+%3C+-2
------------------
So, this works out to be
3+%3C+x+%3C+-2
In other words, x can't be any value between -2 and +3, including
-2 and +3
