You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I think the simplest way to do this is as follows:
3x%5E2+%2B+23x+-+36+=+0 can be broken down to
%283x+-+4%29%28x+%2B+9%29+=+0
then your two solutions are 3x+-+4+=+0 x+=+4%2F3
or x+%2B+9+=+0 x+=+-9

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x^2 + 23x - 36=0
(3x-4)(x+9)=0
3x-4=0
3x=4
x=4/3 answer.
x+9=0
x=-9 answer.
