You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What you should do is switch it around:
-h^2+4h-4
but you cant have a negative on the first term, so you can take out a negative:
-(h^2-4h+4)
Now factor
-(h-2)(h-2)
either this or you can make it a square
-(h-2)^2
