I'm not really sure what the ABC method is, but I can help you to factor the problem. :)

We have 10x^5 + 80x^4 + 160x^3

All of these terms have 10x^3 in common, so we can factor that out.

10x^3(x^2 + 8x + 16)

We can factor even further:

10x^3(x + 4)(x + 4)
OR
10x^3(x + 4)^2
