You want the other three roots of P?

If 2+4i is one root then 2-4i is also a root ....

The quadratic factor for these two roots is %28x-2-4i%29%28x-2%2B4i%29=%28%28x-2%29%5E2-i%5E2%2A16%29
x%5E2-4x%2B4%2B16
x%5E2-4x%2B20

Divide P(x) by x%5E2-4x%2B20 to find the other two roots.
